The Goblin Bankir is back

By popular demand I decided to re introduce the Goblin Bankir.
I did a few things to make him more understandable:
* Added text hints before each round.
* Made the icons more clear.
* Improved UI for the goblin.
* Made it easier to land on the "shrine" Goblin Bank.
